Execute test cases in Orchestrator

I am experiencing a “Cache invalid error” from BrowserStack while executing tests in Orchestrator for mobile devices. The same test case ran successfully in UiPath Studio Pro.

In order to test on mobile devices, I configured a virtual device in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using the BrowserStack testing platform and also set up the required app. However, when running the tests in Orchestrator, the cache error occurs.

I need assistance in resolving this issue and understanding the discrepancy between the successful execution in UiPath Studio Pro and the error in Orchestrator with BrowserStack.

Is there any difference in the BrowserStack logs between the Studio execution and the Orchestrator execution?

Hi @agi : Yes, I am getting this error while running mobile device test case from Orchestrator.

ERROR : Cache Access Denied

There is another different type of test scenario (excluding BrowserStack) which is executed successfully in Orchestrator.

Can you please download the log from your Orchestrator job and attach it so we can take a deeper look?
