Exchange email activity not working

All ,
am using exchange email activity to just get the emails in one of my folder
below is how the property window looks like

the complete url used for connection is
“https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx”
when i put this url separately in the browser am getting action denied

Please make sure your AD domain is right

ours is office 365 . what could be the domain name , my best guess was AD group.

Hey @Seetharaman_K,

Domain name should be something like contoso.com for microsoft, but again it depends on the organization or profile you work on.

You may also try *.contoso.com

Else, better to request info from your org technical team.

this again gave the same result 403 forbidden but are u sure the problem is with domain name ?

Hey @Seetharaman_K,

Expected as that is just an example.

Kindly check with your IT support team about the active directory domain.

Also, try checking Exchange mail scope activity if that provides any help to you.
