I need to rename PDF files that have been downloaded.

What is the steps you followed.

The process is to download the files.
Go to the desktop dowloads folder
Rename the file.

already tried for the “Open application” and the Recording.

But without success…

Can you run your code in debug mode and tell me know which activity is causing this error.
Without knowing the activity I cannot suggest you anything.

@AbnerLojacorr to access the content you need to change the permission of the folder by going to the Properties>Security>Advance> Under Permission click Add> Select Principal> in Select User or Group window click Advance> in next window Select Find Now> from search Result select EVERYONE > OK > Select Full Control> Apply. I hope now you will be able to access the file in the folder.
