Excepcion Type: COMException using Send outlook mail message

I tried to send a mail using “send outlook mail message” and it does not work. It shows the next message: Mail has thrown an excepcion. Exception type: COMException.

I have been working in a project and the last step is send a mail. In this last step the project falls.

I used this activity “send outlook mail message” in another sequence and still falling.

I would appreciate if someone help me to solve this.

Hey,

Do you have outlook open when you execute the project?

I think you need to have outlook opened for the “send outlook mail message” to work.

Or you can use the “Start process” and start the outlook before you use the “send mail message” activity.

Hi @Insignia8, Outlook is close. But I executed the project with outlook open and still falling.
