Excel - with data validation

hi friends

I have data validations like drop down, type only numeric values,date format etc on my excel. i need to filer names and copy filtered data to another excel.

When i use read range and output as data table,
it doesnt copy data validations such as drop down,formulas etc.

how can i do it. its little urgent. please help.

You cannot do it with Read/Write Range.
You have to use Select Range > Send Hotkey Ctrl + C , Ctr+ V to copy/paste data with format

You can achieve this by

  1. Creating a macro or
  2. Use hot keys to filter & copy paste the data. or
  3. Open the excel file and do ui automation considering excel as a desktop application.
