Excel to Template Word or PDF

Hi to all,
I still have to count on the help of the forum.
I have a big problem with a new Bot.
I’ve never worked with Word or PDF, and I don’t know how to move.

The purpose of the bot is to update the price list of some devices.
The price list is on an excel sheet, and is modified manually if necessary by the person who arranges the prices.

the BOT must read the price list and modify the relative cost on a word sheet for each device.
An alternative to Word could be PDF.
I don’t know what is simpler. But I think this is a detail.

First problem: Import the Excel sheet, because the first row, for some columns, is split. (groups cells for the same category)

Second problem: I don’t know how to give instructions to fill in corresponding cells on WORD.

I try to attach the excel price list and the word document, with the hope that someone will give me some suggestions.
I don’t have STUDIO X, for template import.

Template4Bot.docx (1,2 MB) Listino GEN’21.xlsx (54,1 KB)

Can someone help me? Thanks a lot!!
