Excel to Doc and Send that Doc to Particular Onboarding Person?

Hi Everyone,
1.I Have a Excel with Detailes who got offer from organization.(Position,ReferNo,DateofInterview,Name,Salary,Date of Joining) this details change every time.
2.I Have a Doc Template i want to create offer latter for each person with that details and i want to send that Doc to that particular person.
How can i do that,Please Help Me

Pass the strvar to datatable
For eg strvar1=row(“Position”). ToString
