Excel name reads as name starts with ~$

I am tring to get all the files in the folder, where all the files in that folder are open…

now I got all files name in array…

I am using excel application scope and inside close workbook to close the file…

While using the excel App scope it creates a newfile as —> ~$Filename…

So I remove the create new file property in excel app scope…

then now it shows error is ~$Filename not found…

Can anyone figure out this issue is caused
