Excel Lookup Range activity will not locate cell value if Autofilter is active

Hi,

I am coming across a problem within an Excel-document. note that the document is a shared file between colleague’s. Disabling the shared file is not the solution.

Whenever i use the Lookup Range activity within Excel application scope. The value will not return if a filter is active on one or more column. Whenever i disable all filters, the value is not null. It returns a position. How is a filter creating a problem? I was under the impression that a filter within a document would just be visual issue.

Anyone have a solution or has come across the same problem? thanks in advance!

I believe there is an option to ignore filters or not and the default is no
