Excel Is empty when saved from outlook

I save an excel file from the outlook in .xlsx format.
But the file is empty and has no data. What is the solution for this error? Am i missing something in it?

It’s pretty simple workflow. it should work :slight_smile:
Does attachment in outlook is of format .xlsx or you changing format while saving?

PS: if yes may i know how your changing it.(move file activity ?)

it is in .xlsx format only
