I understand that your problem is

" the invoke VBA is called only in a single excel application scope which would be excel1 , what then would I use for excel 2."

How about copying the excel 1 sheet to excel 2 first using the Copy Sheet activity
and then perform your VBA? Then, after completing your process, you can delete the copied sheet.
