Excelに記入した日時からGmailのメールリストのフィルターをかける場合

お疲れ様です。
EXCELよりに記入した日時よりGmailのメールリストのフィルターをかける場合、
9/69時以降のGmailのものはとれるのですが、
9/68時台のものはとることができません。
ただ、添付したファイルを9/5にすれば、とることができます。
この場合どの様なことが原因でしょうか

  2. Verify the accuracy of the timestamps in your emails. Ensure they include both date and time information and are in the correct format.
  3. Double-check the time zone settings on your computer and in Gmail to ensure they align.
