Excel filters

Hello,

I’m having a little bit of issues filter data in excel. The workflow reads two columns some are empty and some reference other cells. I’m having issues filtering out the reference cells see the attachment for an example. Will you please help me resolve this? Thank you!

Additionally my filter currently is

Remove Disbursements is empty and collections < 0

With the ‘<0’, I am attempting to filter out the referenced cells.
