Excel File from SAP opened in the background

Hello together
I have a quick question about an existing process.
When I click on Excel Export in SAP, an Excel file is automatically opened in the background.

Excel opens the document in the background. Now you have to click specifically on Excel and then the document is in the foreground.

The Excel document was opened automatically by SAP and does not have a location yet. How can I work with this Excel file?

For click on the excel you have to use the UI activities.

But if I use the “use excel file” activity, i have to say which excel file I want to use. As the opened excel file does not have have a path yet, i don’t know how to use it. Or which activitiy that can interagate with the opened excel file.

No it’s not unfortunately.
