Excel Date Formatting, applying wildcard to sheets

Hi all, I have a current workflow that assigns ‘Status’ from one workbook to another, the status contains the date format say 1-Jan-2022. However, in the new workbook it would appear in a different form 1/1/22 00:00:00. Is there a way to standardise the format or at least remove the time?

Also, suppose I wish the include a wildcard for my Sheet in Read and write range excel workbook activity, to make it be Raw Data* to read sheets that are Raw Data 2021, Raw Data 2022 etc, how do I go about doing that?
