Excel automation for students marks

Hello ,

I have a scenario like I need to read the values in each cell i.e marks and I need to write if marks of a student is less than 40 then I shud write in the column at_kt as 1 and if 2 subject marks is less than 40 I need to get the value 2 and so on so how can I achieve this .
