Excel Application Scope updated a file which is not read-only but is still not letting me modify and save it

Steps- Excel application scope is writing cell values in Excel file. But it is throwing the following error when it is saving the file-

“File \usvci001\lsc\DATA\UIPath-Prod\Collections\TurnInChecklist\Config\Turn In Checklist Reports.xlsx is read only and can not be overwritten. It has been saved as file \usvci001\lsc\DATA\UIPath-Prod\Collections\TurnInChecklist\Config\Turn In Checklist Reports(1).xlsx”
