Excel Application Scope Error - excel not installed

Dear Team ,

i am getting error while using Excel Application scope

message getting , excel workbook not opened make sure excel is installed

by the way i already haver office 2019 , prior to that i have office 365 , i try by office 2019 but no sucess

please give mesolution

Instead of Application Scope, you can use Workbook activities
