Excel Application Scope: Error opening workbook. If Excel is installed, run the ‘Repair Tool for Microsoft Office Interop’ from the Tools tab on the Home screen.
Please check this and perform the steps
Alternately you can use workbook activities instead of excel …that does not need excel to be installed as well

As alternative…in activities when you search word…which ever you see under system activities can be used without word application as well…can you please check them

Workbook is working but excel application scope is not working
Yesterday I try to do install 2013 version of Microsoft Office then this problem started.
For scope activities to work…you have to repair or re install office…if you are re installing make sure you delete all the old files and then install
The issue happened because of reinstallation only i guess. Please correct it and then you can use acope activities.
Try restarting the machine after the report tool checks

I have vaild office install
I have uninstall both office and UiPath both but still not working.
When you un installed did you clear all the files from the installation locations and the .nuget folder in appdata…
Gwenrally while installations its better to clear the files after uninstalling
