Hi, the Add In in the Excel is deactivated! I go into Options / addin and mark it and hit OK. however it does not save as activated.
Could it be that your are using an official PC (i.e. your work PC which might have company restrictions as to what apps you can install), if that is the case, then maybe that is why you are unable to save the Add-In as activated.
Thanks a lot Afe, I have re-activated it and is working properly. The only issue I have now is that I have created the project and followed the steps. I is working and also sending the e-mail with the attached file. However I see that the information ot transaction number is not being saved in the file or the file itself is not being saved.
