Sheet two and column 1 and 3

How to write a condition for looping a excel column in one sheet (ex. sheet 1 and first column)and copy those elements finding those elements in another sheet (example sheet2 and first column
Now writing a condition for sheet 2 that if column1 is equal to column 3 then print True in message box.

Please someone help me out with this solution.
