Excel activities package is installed but there are no activities available in studio

studio 2018.2.6

As the title describes, there are no excel activities in the studio.

I have tried reinstalling the activity package multiple times. I have tried removing the nupkg file and downloading it again. Restarted the computer etc etc.

Reinstalling the studio is not an option due to prior MAJOR problems with that procedure.

Please advise

try downloading again this time keep the Runime Rule as Lowest Applicable Version
