Excel 3.5.1 latest package Filter action issues

Using UiPath Excel 3.5.1 (latest version) and noticing some strange behavior with the Filter activity. Whenever I enable and configure the Advanced Filter option, it works fine initially. However, after closing and reopening the project, the Advanced Filter setting gets turned off automatically. This is happening across multiple XAMLs and seems quite unusual. I cleared the cache and package but still same.

Is anyone facing this issue?

Hi,

The issue can be reproduced in my environment, too. (Studio 25.10.7+Excel pack 3.5.1) (It seems display matter on Studio. Fortunately, internal settings seems to be saved.)

This issue exists in Excel pack 3.4.1 or later. It may be better to raise a bug report.

  1. Downgrade package
  • Use Excel Activities 3.4.x (stable)
  1. Reconfigure before run
  • Manually re-enable Advanced Filter (temporary fix)
  1. Alternative approach
  • Use Filter Data Table activity instead of Excel Filter

Hello already tried with stable 3.4.1 and same issue exists. The 3.5.1 is also stable version only.

Please clarify which exact version its working for you that will help.

Manual reconfigure before run every time is not recommended as it only helps temporary, looking for a permanent solution.
