Exact data from image in a pdf

Hi,

I am having couple of issues:

1. I have pdf document which is scanned form. That means it is a pdf file with embedded image. I am trying to extract few elements from that form using Uipath - get text OCR and it is not working
2. When I use a normal pdf (not image embedded), and do Get Text it is selecting the whole pdf instead I want to choose particular section in the pdf.

Please help
