Everytime I click it navigates to new url in new tab how should I do it?

I want to go to new tab while clicking on view voucher. How should I do it?
The generated link is always new

Instead of clicking use a get attribute and try to get the url and then use that url to oepn a new tab or browser

or if you click here it might open in new tab
