Hi,
I have noticed a problem with Outlook, Excel and Word applications. When I use Outlook, Excel and Word application scope’s to get some text into a document, everything seems fine, the robot does as instructed, no problem in Output either.
This error came into notice after there was a upgrade of UiPath Orchestrator cloud.
Versions used
Orchestrator Automation cloud : Version 23.1.5-release.1
Studio : 2022.10.3
Assistant: 2022.10.3
But in Event Viewer an error is registered:
UiPath.Executor 22.10.3.0
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800401E3): Operation unavailable (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800401E3 (MK_E_UNAVAILABLE))
at UiPath.Shared.UiMarshal.GetActiveObject(Guid& rclsid, IntPtr reserved, Object& ppunk)
at UiPath.Shared.UiMarshal.GetActiveObject(String progID)
at UiPath.Word.WordDocument…ctor(String documentPath, Boolean createNew, Boolean readOnly, Boolean attachOnlyIfFileOpen, Boolean attachToAnyFile)
Second error
UiPath.Executor 22.10.3.0
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at UiPath.Core.Activities.ActivityContextExtensions.SetContextItemValue(ActivityContext context, String name, Object value)
These process were running smoothly till last couple of days.
