Errror while running jobs from orchestrator--

Hi
My BOT trays is in Remote desktop .

I have no error while running through BOT tray.

But , while try to run the job from orchestra-tor i am getting following error . Is this error due to any security / fire wall running in remote desktop

or

is this related to any credentials ?

hello @allurai_india

this looks like username or password is incorrect to login to your remote desktop.

try update password and user in the robot section(orchestrator) and run it , might work.
