Error while login to orchestrator: Invalid credentials (#MTI_7) post creating a Self-Signed SAN SSL Certificate

Gone through these steps:

certlm.msc → Personal certificates → Certificate and right click on it then choose manage private keys → then add a permission for “/IIS_IUSRS”
Then gone to “C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator\Identity\appsettings.Production.json” and update the thumbprint in this file by replacing it with the one from the new self signed certificate.

After completing all above steps opened windows powershell in administrator mode and ran iisreset - then navigated to orchestrator URL - showing error attached below while login

Were you able to click on “Forgot Password” and see where it takes. Sometimes the fix would a simple one.

Tried to reset password, Not working.
