Error While loading packages

opening any project, I take the error below.
do you know how I can solve?
I have already tried to unistall the packages, but the error appear anyway .

Hi @alessandro.rocco

Could you try clearing the folder .nuget\packages ? Please keep a backup, of course.
This might fix the issue.

i have cleared the folder and the program have downloaded all the dependecies but i have the same problem. ouch!

update:
after cleaning the folder, the program allowed me to update the extensions, solving the problem.
