Error when renewing offline robot license before expiration date

Hello everyone,

I’ve contacted my UiPath reseller for renewing my UiPath’s licenses that expires in 11 weeks.
The licenses are now renewed but we are working without Orchestrator and all activations was done offline.

I want to update the expiration date before it expire to avoid downtime. But I tried to generate a new offline signature to use on http://support.uipath.com/activation :

Regutil.exe activate /offline /code=<“MyLicenseCode”>

I got this two types of errors when triggering the command :

Error #14: Cannot activate license: error code: -2900, license status: 0, error description: A data error occurred

Error #14: Cannot activate license: error code: -1114, license status: 0, error description: Certificate or receipt missing

The get-info result :

License code: <“My License code”>
License status: 1
Device id: <“MyDeviceId”>
License expire date: 8/6/2019 7:00:00 AM
Maintenance expire date: not set
Subscription expire date: 8/6/2019 7:00:00 AM
Attended: 0
Unattended: 0
Free: 0
Dev: 0
AttendedConcurrent: 0
DevConcurrent: 0

you can use following like to activate
https://activate.uipath.com/orchestrator

  1. License Code : enter your new license code
  2. Orchestrator version : select your version

download your file and renew with downloaded file via Orchestrator license :muscle:
