When I download UiExplorer from the resource center, unzip the file, start UiExplorer and then click on the question mark to open the help, UiExplorer exits immediately.
When the UiPath Studio is installed, the browser opens and the help text is displayed.

Looks like an ugly bug indeed. I saved it in our issue tracker for our team to have a look.
With the current version 22.10.3 all works well, thank you.
