Error when open Microsoft Teams

Hi all,

I am having a “problem” with an automation I am creating.
The automation needs to open Microsoft Teams and write a message to a particular user.
I noticed that my automation only works if I leave Teams in the same screen that I had when I selected the “Use Application/Browser” activity. , could you help me solve this problem?

*Here is an example for better understanding:

  • I use “Use Application/Browser” and choose Teams which is with the open chat of Mr. A

  • I close Teams having in screen the chat with Mr. A, I launch the automation and it works

  • I close Teams having in screen the chat with Mr. B, I launch the automation and it does not work

**I tried selecting in the options open: always but it still doesn’t work

You can use the teams activity directly find the video and it will help you
