Error when login cloud.uipath

How can a new user log in login cloud.UiPath

Try this:

To log in to UiPath Cloud and resolve the issue of not existing in any organization, follow these steps:

  1. Check with Your Administrator: If you’re encountering an error indicating that your user does not exist in any organization, the first step is to contact your UiPath administrator. They can verify your account and add you to the appropriate organization if needed.

  2. Receive an Invitation: If you’re a new user, ensure that you receive an invitation to join the organization. The administrator must grant you access by sending an invitation to your email.

  3. Accept the Invitation:

    • Look for an email invitation from UiPath.
    • Click the link in the email to accept the invitation, which typically directs you to set up your account or log in.
  4. Create an Account (if necessary): If you don’t already have a UiPath account, you’ll need to create one. Follow the prompts after clicking the invitation link to set up your account.

  5. Login to UiPath Cloud:

    • Go to the UiPath Cloud login page: cloud.uipath.com.
    • Enter your credentials (email and password) and log in.
  6. Verify Your Organization: Once logged in, ensure that you have selected the correct organization from the dropdown menu (if applicable). If you belong to multiple organizations, you may need to switch between them.

Are you using multiple cloud.uipath.com for multiple Organization? If yes, it’s most likely possible that after login in you are being redirected to different organization than the desired one.

I would suggest to try using another browser.
