Error when disconnecting robot

Guys, When I try to disconnect my robot, this error occurs after 10min.
Has anyone faced this issue and resolved?

By using the UiPath Robot.

Did it work before in the same configuration or did something change and the issue showed?

Hello Jay,

Could you please try disconnecting by following below steps?

  1. Go to Uipath tray
  2. Take out robot key and Orch URL from tray.
  3. Say Ok

Let’s wait for error dialog box after 10 min…

I am not able to edit anything in Tray. Only visible button is “Disconnect”

It worked in our companies licensed Orchestrator and now I used “www.demo.uipath.com” and ran a flow and when I try to disconnect the flow this error throws

Can you be able to stop robot.services from windows service?

Okay now that I rebooted my System & UiPath now UiPath Robot asks for new Key and URL.

Guess its resolved!
