Error: "The resource requested on StartDigitization cannot be found" after moving project from Test to Prod Orchestrator

Hi all,

I’m encountering an issue after moving a modern Document Understanding project from our Test Orchestrator to Production.

The project was developed and published to a folder in the Test environment, then exported and uploaded into the Production Orchestrator. However, when attempting to run the process in Prod, I get the following error:

Raw message: The resource requested on StartDigitization cannot be found.

UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Common.SDK.DuFrameworkResourceNotFoundException: The resource requested on StartDigitization cannot be found. CF-RAY: ***

There are sufficient AI units available, so I don’t believe it’s a quota issue.

Has anyone seen this before or know what might be causing it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
