Error running robot in UiPath VM

Hi, Im running a robot in a VM pool by UiPath and it runs fine locally, but when I run it in the VM i get this error :

How do I resolve this?

Which is the local robot version and VM robot version ? is it same? Are you in community version or Enterprise ?

I have this locally

and I think this is my cloud version? 23.4.0

How do I ensure the versions match so i can run the robot? As i said, it works perfectly fine locally but when published and ran in the VM pool it errors

try to maintain your system package versions same as the robot so go to manage packages and downgrade them to 23.4 or lower

similarly for ui activities as well

cheers
