Got error "regex_error(error_badrepeat): One of *?+( was not preceded by a valid regular expression" when login to Process Mining.

When trying to login to Process Mining, the error meesage "egex_error(error_badrepeat): One of *?+( was not preceded by a valid regular expression" appears, because there is invalid character/ expression in the all of the user items, not only the user name and password.

Confirm if the below items has the invalid expression,

  • Password
  • IP Address property on User tab
