My office version is 2010 and there is only one win32 entry, there is no win64 entry. Should i still remove this entry?

In that case I suggest to uninstall office, delete the key and reinstall office.

Hi,
Were you able to fix the issue? We are having same error and similar setup like you

yes, after removing the duplicate entry where there was no value associated, the issue got resolved.
