Error on MS Access, does not recognize ui element, it used to work, now it doesnt

Continuing the discussion from Find Element inconsistency:

Scenario:

I have made a workflow that works with MS Access to update some databases, it used to recognize the All Objects panel on Access and its differents parts as the names of the different macros and tables, now it just recognize the panel as one element without defining any element inside it.
Does anyone know what could be?
