Please check your port, in postgre config file, it seems its port issue

Postgresql by default it has port 3306, The correct one is 5432. Or check your system

Okay, i see it and tried changing the config to 5432 and this is the error now

Is port is open in firewall?

Issue has been fixed I changed postgresql to mysql. Thanks for the help!
