Error on Activation

Hi I was using UI path almost 2 months, suddenly it stopped working, i tried all possible solutions given in the forum,
re-installed,
changed the networks[mobile network, home network, office]
no luck

can you please help me resolving the issue, on clicking start Free i am getting below error
“There was an error trying to reach activation server”. you might be behind firewall
