Error : number of allowed activations exceed

Hi,

I want to install and activate an enterprise robot license by online activation.
When I want to activate the license in the activation portal, the below error is shown.
Before this, I already activated licenses on one uipath studio and one uipath robot.
Currently, I use the same installer to install for the new robot. Is it cause the error to occur.

What type of license did you buy and I guess it’s single user license. Because if that you are getting this error.

If it’s not single user license then contact UIpath support team by raising Request below and they will help you better in this.
