Error message when trying to create UiPath GenAI Activities connection

When trying to create a new UiPath GenAI Activities connection, I immediately get the error Your session has expired. Please close the tab and restart the authentication process from the application.. I have never created a connection before, so I do not have one to refresh. I have tried clearing cache and cookies. Logging out and back in. Incognito mode page. Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I even created a new account and still have the same issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Further information. I am a student at TripleTen and there are 2 other students having the same issue. I also see another person left the same message on here as well. I tried logging into my account using my iPad and got the same error message. My current computer is Windows based.
