Error message "This application is blocked for security reason. If you think the use is legitimate please contact your local IT" when running robot

Hello!

We have a robot created a year ago. It run well till last days, the error message says:
“This application is blocked for security reason. If you think the use is legitimate please contact your local IT”.
The robot should authenticate itself with a google account, in order to write data extracted from a site in a google sheets, but it seems it is blocked.
Could you tell me which is the app from the error? My colleague from IT security ask me for its name in order to put it on whitelist.
Normally when the robot runs, on first run it said “UiPath Gsuite”, but it seems unrelated to the app name.
Or maybe there is another problem?

The app is UiPath application if you are using integration services

Can you confirm your authentication type?

Hello!

No, I don’t use Integration services; the robot uses “Use Google spreadsheet” activity, with one google account authentication (email and password).

Are you using app password only?

And 3rd party apps needs to be allowed
