Error Message: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component

Based on image above, I want to select username field using set text activity. But after I select this field. this DingTalk application automatically close and in studio popup message appear like this .

I am getting the same error as well. UiPath was able to identify elements earlier with chrome but now it is not detecting any of the elements. Please let me know the resolution.
