Error: Mailbox does not exist

Hey, I have the following error and i don´t know why it is, I followed the steps of the videos and I don´t know if the error means that it does not get the account from where it sends the email or the destiny email.

Hey,
Could you tell us what’s a mailbox you are use and how your error looks like ? I supposed you are using activity get IMAP msg or something else ?
Maybe you have to enable option for gmail like enable IMAP or you inbox has different name.
Please send us more details what’s you doing and how you issue looks like.
