Error: Machine Learning Skill not available

Hello,

I have a Data Extraction Scope activity that contains a Machine Learning Extractor. It calls our ML Skill but times out and fails. The issue is it works consistently for a few weeks and then fails for days (our IT team spends hours and hours trying to resolve) and then starts working again and we are not sure why. We have tried refreshing the ApiKey, using the Endpoint instead, and refreshing the ML Skill.

We are on Enterprise Trial, API key has been updated, ML Skill is available in orchestrator and has been refreshed and is available in the activity. This is the second time this has occurred and the first time we have no idea why it started working again so we are not sure how to approach it the second time. This time it has been down now for three days. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Hi @alatess - and welcome to the Forum!

Do you have different Tenants for your Trial Setup? Depending on how this is set up and run: Could it be that you’re not running the Automation in the same Tenant where the ML Project and Skill is available?

We only have one Tenant and it is the same as where the ML Project and Skill is available.

I just ran it again, and it worked for a few cycles and then threw the same error. I do not have any idea what could be causing it.
