Error Loading Python script - Python 3.7 32bit

Hi, I’ve got the message below on attempt to load Python script.

The Python script and the xampl files are attached. I use Python 3.7 32 bit. UI Path 2019.3.0

Could you please uninstall python 3.7 and install 3.6 and give it a try.
