Error in Send SMPT Mail message Activity

Hi ,
I previously built a workflow to send out emails using the Send SMTP Mail Message. It was working fine for the last few months until Yesterday. Now its throws an error “SMTP Mail Message: Timed out while waiting for Mail Service to connect” Also i am using send exchange mail message activity. It throws an error " send Exchange Mail Message: The Autodiscover service couldn’t be located."
can anyone please help me to find out solution?
Studio version- 2021.10.4
Mail activity version- 1.12.3

The email which you use is it outlook mail or some other mail server?

Email i am using is on another server but smtp will send mail from one vm without any error with same credentials but it throws an error on another vm.

Can you try to use this value in the server: smtp-mail.outlook.com

Restart the system and try, it will work.

Then it would be an internal error, can you restart your machine and check it once.

I have restart my system still getting same error i don’t understand what is issue. Same activity and credentials works on another system.

Any recent updates you have done? Usually restart will fix this issue. I often face this.
