Error in Recording Process Exeuction

We are getting error while executing the Recording Process. the error is
"Error {“message”:“Type into ‘INPUT company’ : Cannot use UI_CONTROL_API on this UI node. Please use UI_HARDWARE_EVENTS method.”,“level”:“Error”,

Can someone help to solve this issue.

It probably comes from the king of record you are using.
To be able to interact using “Hardware event” try recording using Desktop or web record :
